The ATPV 140 CAL suit offers greater ballistic protection from projectile and shrapnel. When Arc flashes occur at higher energy levels, light and heat energy can be accompanied by fragments of the conductor which become airborne. These fragments travel at great speeds and can cause great harm to the electrician.
